Refund Policy

During the trial

Nothing is charged for the first 30 days. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never billed, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt, or by emailing support@ravenhook.dev.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel. After that, mail stops being accepted for your namespace and your API keys stop working.

Refunds

Within 14 days of a charge, we will refund it in full, for any reason. You do not need to explain, and we will not ask you to complete anything before we process it.

That applies to your first payment and to any renewal. If a renewal caught you by surprise because you had stopped using the service, that is exactly the case this is for — email us.

After 14 days we do not refund part-used months, because cancelling already leaves you with the access you paid for until the period ends.

Things we always refund

• A duplicate charge.
• A charge after you cancelled.
• An outage that stopped you using the service for a meaningful part of the billing period.

No time limit applies to these. Tell us what happened and we will sort it out.

How to ask

Email support@ravenhook.dev from the address on your subscription, or include the order number from your receipt. We reply within two business days.

How refunds are paid

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every Ravenhook subscription, so refunds are issued through them and returned to the payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten business days, depending on the card issuer.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
